Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Rob’s Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch service to our clients while promoting our HVAC solutions. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in customer care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers regarding HVAC products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Service, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance practices.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC service
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is required.
