Step into a day on our field team

Sun up in Greater New Orleans. You walk the site with the project manager, studying plans and specs for a residential retrofit while a commercial drainage project moves into installation nearby. You brief the crew, confirm safety measures, and start laying out French drains and stormwater components. By mid-morning, you’re troubleshooting a pressure issue, coordinating with a subcontractor, and ensuring materials are staged.

In the afternoon, you button up rough-ins, verify everything meets code, and leave a clean, organized site ready for inspections.

About the role

We’re hiring a Certified Master Plumber to deliver top-tier installations and drainage solutions across diverse residential and commercial projects throughout the Greater New Orleans area. This is a hands-on field position with leadership responsibilities, high craftsmanship expectations, and daily outdoor work in all weather.

What you’ll do Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments

Lead drainage work, including French drain builds and stormwater management system installations

Interpret construction documents—plans, specifications, and project requirements

Ensure full compliance with applicable plumbing codes and regulations

Coordinate closely with project managers, field personnel, and subcontractors

Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective, lasting fixes

Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment efficiently

Keep job sites clean, orderly, and safe at all times

Communicate clearly with teammates, supervisors, and clients

Deliver quality work efficiently to meet schedule and scope

What you bring

Current Master Plumber license/certification5+ years of plumbing experience preferred

Background with drainage systems, underground utilities, and field work preferred

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds

Proven problem-solving and leadership skills

Comfort working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
