Personal Trainer​/Membership Rep : NM-Albuquerque-Post Date

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic individual to play multiple roles within the club, including membership representative and personal trainer. This is a great job for someone who loves the gym environment and wants to be involved in all aspects of the business while growing a PT client base. Staff hours as member rep gives you base pay while you get to know and help members as you take on PT clients.

The member rep role pays an hourly wage plus commissions and we need coverage for shifts throughout the week on an ongoing basis. Personal training pays sales commission of 10% and 50% of session values after the training is delivered, so pay can be quite good.

• Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
• Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility’s equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
• Conduct fitness assessments and advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals

• Availability to work morning, evening and weekend hours.
• Nationally recognized PT certification and CPR cert
• A passion for fitness demonstrated in your own life.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
• Desire for longevity
• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!
• Must be very coachable

Compensation: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
