We're looking for a dedicated Lead Practitioner of Mathematics to become a vital part of our professional body and help us create an environment where every student knows, understands, and believes that the opportunity is here for them. Responsibilities
  • Have teaching skills which lead to excellent results
  • Develop and implement teaching and learning strategies throughout the Faculty that raise the quality of teaching and learning of all staff, thereby raising student standards and progress
  • Take a lead role, working closely with the senior leadership team and other lead practitioners in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and practice that lead to school improvement
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
  • Successful teaching experience within the secondary sector
  • Evidence of recent and appropriate professional development
  • Accredited Lead Practitioner status or the desire to work towards Accredited Lead Practitioner status
