Care Support Worker – Harwich at Lifeways Group

Harwich, Essex CO12 3BG

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Contract:

Permanent – full‑time, part‑time or bank/sessional roles available

Shifts:

07:30‑15:00, 15:00‑22:00, 22:00‑08:00 (7 days a week, weekends included – full flexibility required)

What you’ll be doing

• Provide personal care and support for wellbeing
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with household tasks
• Facilitate hobbies, activities and social events
• Build confidence and independence in clients
