Due to exciting growth, OSPT has an immediate opportunity for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team.

As a PTA with usyou’ll play an integral role in delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to a diverse and active patient population. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced physical therapists in a supportive, high-energy environment where teamwork and learning thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Co-treating and collaborating with physical therapists to provide individualized, hands‑on care.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training programs.
• Accurately documenting treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes in accordance with clinic and compliance standards.
• Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged throughout their rehab journey.
• Tracking progress, communicating updates, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Contributing to a positive, team‑oriented clinic culture that emphasizes excellence and patient success

You'd be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

• Strong orthopedic experience and a passion for delivering quality, evidence‑based patient care.
• Experience treating a diverse caseload, including general orthopedics, pre/post‑surgical rehab, spine care, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• A strong interest in sports medicine and manual‑based care, working with athletes from the Cape Cod Baseball League, high school athletes, active seniors, and weekend warriors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates.
• A team‑first mentality and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• A desire for continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
• A pending or active and in good‑standing Massachusetts PTA license.
