OSPT is experiencing exciting growth and has an immediate opening for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist. In this role, you will provide quality, evidence‑based, and individualized plans of care that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well‑being. Your patient caseload will be primarily a mix of general orthopedics, pre and post‑op care, and sports‑related injuries.

Your focus will be clinical excellence and superior outcomes. You will have 40 minutes to treat and will own your own schedule. We don't count visits or push productivity standards: your success is gauged on patient engagement, satisfaction, and results.

• Delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care focused on restoring movement, strength, and function.
• Developing and progressing individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation techniques.
• Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged in their recovery and long‑term wellness.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless, patient‑centered care.
• Accurately documenting treatment sessions and outcomes in Prompt EMR system.

• Drive to continually learn and grow with interest in residency and certifications programs such as MTC, CHT, dry needling, among others
• Preference for full‑time, 5‑day, 40 hour per week schedule
• An active or pending Massachusetts PT license and graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited PT school
