Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking hosts/hostesses for its varied restaurants. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all diners. The person should enjoy interaction with guests and the desire to provide a memorable experience to each party. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and teamwork.
- Greeting and seating guests in a warm and gracious manner
- Answering telephone calls and making dining reservations utilizing Open Table
- Assisting servers whenever possible
- Maintaining menus in pristine condition
- Relaying guest compliments and complaints to management
- Informing management of special occasions
- Thanking guests for their patronage upon departure
Training will be provided, but previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
