Overview

Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five‑Star resort is seeking hosts/hostesses for its varied restaurants. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all diners. The person should enjoy interacting with guests and the desire to provide a memorable experience to each party. The role requires excellent communication and organization skills and teamwork.

• Greeting and seating guests in a warm and gracious manner
• Answering telephone calls and making dining reservations utilizing Open Table
• Assisting servers whenever possible
• Maintaining menus in pristine condition
• Relaying guest compliments and complaints to management
• Informing management of special occasions
• Thanking guests for their patronage upon departure

Training will be provided, but previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
