Soni is partnered with a growing real estate and construction company, and is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Contract) to provide immediate support to their accounting team. This is a hands‑on role focused on entering transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and helping organize accounting data in Quick Books and Excel.

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Enter journal entries and transactions into Quick Books

• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Work in Excel to organize and analyze accounting data.
• Help clean up and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support basic construction/project accounting tasks.
• Assist with AP, expense tracking, and documentation.
• Help prepare information for reporting and system transition work.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

• 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of debits and credits.
• Hands‑on experience using Quick Books

• Experience performing bank reconciliations.
• Willingness to work onsite and jump in where needed.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based accounting.
• Exposure to Sage or other accounting systems.
• Experience cleaning up or organizing accounting data.

$25 - $30/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
