We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients find the right coverage for their auto, home, flood e.t.c. needs by leveraging our proprietary technology and vast network of carriers.

• Quote and bind personal lines policies from start to finish
• Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Educate customers on coverages, endorsements, and options
• Document activities in our CRM system

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in comparative raters and quoting platforms
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
