Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 for all qualified technicians! (paid in first year)
Essential Duties:- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on heavy trucks and port equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates safely.
- Travel to customer sites in a company vehicle to perform field service
- Document work and communicate with customers and the service team.
- Communicate with supervisors and other technicians on repair status.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
- 3+ years of experience on heavy trucks or port/container handling equipment.
- Experience with 180D machines, empty container handlers, or Sany equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
- Able to work independently in the field.
- Welding experience a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical certification (requires passing a drug screen).
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified mechanics
