As a Full Time Paratransit Access Link Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of our passengers. No experience is necessary. We provide expert training and guidance to help you become a safe and professional First Student Paratransit Access Link Driver.

Paratransit Access Link Driver benefits

• $24.00 per hour after training completion for CDL; $24.00 per hour while training.
• $21.00 per hour after training completion for NON‑CDL; $21.00 per hour while training.

Your day as a Paratransit Driver will include

• Safely transport community members and neighbors to and from appointments, errands and everything in between.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist citizens while entering the vehicle and with mobility aids.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with passengers, staff, and dispatch about behavior or delays.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.

• Valid CDL License (Class A, B or C) with passenger endorsement
• History driving with ride‑share companies or taxi services
• Previous experience as social worker, classroom assistant, hospitality worker, customer service, retail associate, care assistant or direct care worker
