Vehicle Technician

Location: Beacon Hill

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable prestige specialist in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to develop their career within a well-established, family-run business known for quality and reliability. The successful Vehicle Technician will work in a busy workshop environment with ongoing development opportunities.

Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No weekend work

Duties:

Performing diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of vehicles
Supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient operations and high standards
Assisting in the development of knowledge related to vehicle systems, including electric vehicles
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety compliance

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with relevant technical skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Experience with diagnostic tools and systems
Main-dealer experience is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of brand-specific repair procedures
Reliable, professional attitude with good communication skills
Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
