Requirements Elicitation and Management:
Lead workshops to analyze and document current and future processes. Gather business requirements through various methods, ensuring alignment with business standards. Enterprise Business Analysis & Strategic Framing:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business needs and opportunities. Structure ambiguous problems and align recommendations with organizational priorities. Product and Programme Roadmaps:
Work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to define roadmaps. Identify dependencies and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals. Improvement/Innovation:
Identify and champion opportunities for enhancing processes and systems, leveraging change management frameworks for sustainable improvements. Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:
Engage and influence stakeholders through structured communication, fostering collaboration across business and tech areas to support long-term objectives. Knowledge and Best Practices:
Facilitate knowledge-sharing and contribute to the development of best practices within the analyst community. Operational Compliance:

What You Bring:

Significant experience in technology-led change management. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders. Strong background in both Agile and traditional methodologies.
