Teaching Assistant

Ofsted Outstanding for 7+ years, award winning, nationally recognised. The school supports 60 pupils aged 4 to 19. The setting offers tailored and 1:1 education for learners with moderate to severe learning difficulties including autism.

The school provides modern classrooms, state of the art recreational areas, outdoor learning spaces and additional facilities such as a yoga studio, sensory rooms, a gym and staff relaxation rooms.

This position is a permanent part‑time role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑4:30pm. Full training and free, fully funded qualifications will be provided.

• Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
• Relevant SEN experience (desirable)
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
• Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
