Food Technology Teacher - Exciting Opportunity in Haslemere
Are you a passionate Food Technology teacher looking for a new opportunity in Haslemere? Do you want to inspire students through practical learning, creativity and real-life skills?
A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Haslemere is seeking an enthusiastic Food Technology teacher to join their successful Design and Technology department from January 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Food Technology specialist who is passionate about helping students develop confidence, independence and valuable life skills.
The Role
- As a Food Technology teacher in Haslemere, you will:
Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons
Inspire students through cooking, nutrition and healthy living
Support students in developing key practical and vocational skills
Contribute to other technology subjects where appropriate
Potentially teach vocational courses including hospitality, child development or related subjects

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
Have experience teaching Food Technology

Experience teaching additional technology or vocational subjects would be advantageous but is not essential.
