Hero Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered care providers for experienced Bank Nurses to provide flexible support in a brand-new care home opening soon in the Woking area.
✨ About the Role
As a Bank Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical care to residents on a flexible, bank basis. You’ll support the team in maintaining safe, person-centred care and be an integral part of creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
💡 Key Responsibilities
* Administering medication and clinical interventions safely
* Supporting residents with nursing and daily care needs
* Monitoring and recording health conditions
* Providing guidance and support to care staff
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and clinical standards
🌈 About You
* Qualified Nurse RGN with active registration
* Experience in residential or care home settings is desirable
* Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
