Registered Nurse

Evolve Staffing Ltd. is currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Community Nurse to deliver advanced clinical care and autonomous patient management across the Waverley region. Based primarily out of Haslemere, Guildford, or Milford, you will travel across sites to support patients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Community Nurse or District Nurse seeking flexible, ad-hoc shifts that fit around their lifestyle, without compromising on the quality and complexity of care provided.

Advanced Clinical Requirements:

Due to the autonomous nature of this role, candidates must supply clear evidence of the following clinical competencies prior to departmental review:

* Complex Wound Management:
Advanced Wound Care/Dressings, Compression Bandaging (Please state your trained system upon applying), Doppler assessments.

* Catheter Care:
Male and Suprapubic (SP) Catheterisation.

* Specialist Interventions:
Phlebotomy, Plurex Drains, Rocket Drains, PICC Line flushing, Chemo disconnect, DRE.

* Palliative & Medication Management:
Comprehensive Palliative support and assessments, Palliative Stat doses, Insulin Management, Subcut and IM Medication Management.

Essential Criteria :

* NMC Registered General Nurse (Band 6 level experience).

* Proficient in EMIS Web and EMIS Mobile systems.

* Must be a driver with business use insurance to travel efficiently across Haslemere, Guildford, Milford, and surrounding areas.

* Active NHS email account.
