Our client is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their independent estate agency in Haslemere. This role offers the opportunity to work across both residential sales and lettings within a busy and professional office environment.

Working as part of a successful team you will conduct viewings negotiate offers register applicants and build strong relationships with clients.

The role also involves generating new business opportunities progressing transactions and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Conducting viewings on both sales and lettings properties
• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
• Progressing sales and lettings transactions through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Carrying out market appraisals and generating new business opportunities

• Previous estate agency experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional approach with clients
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
• Well-presented enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Own vehicle required
