At Intek, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the data center market — driving new business opportunities, strengthening key customer partnerships, and helping us deliver innovative solutions that power the modern digital world.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — combining market insight, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results
ResponsibilitiesBuild and Grow Relationships
- Strengthen existing customer partnerships to increase engagement and share of wallet
- Identify, engage, and win new customer accounts through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
Develop Market Strategy
- Drive business development in the data center segment, uncovering new opportunities and markets for expansion
- Collaborate across teams to align our product offerings with market needs and customer feedback
Enable Sales Growth
- Partner with marketing to create powerful go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Shape value propositions and sales tools that resonate with data center customers
Deliver Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide business strategy
- Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for continued growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in Business Development or Market Development, with 5+ years in the Data Center industry
- Proven experience selling custom-engineered or consultative solutions
- Skilled in strategic account planning and executing growth strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- A self-motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation is a base plus multi-component bonus plan.
