• Coordinate all aspects of maintenance contracts, ensuring crews meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues through discussions with operations managers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewal.
• Discuss property maintenance needs and basic enhancement options, input data into Precision’s systems to estimate costs.
• Coordinate with operations managers on shop work to ensure quality and workmanship meet Precision’s standards.
• Attend evening appointments, including board meetings, as requested by clients.
• During winter, be available nights and weekends for snow and ice events for quality control.
• Perform office tasks such as record‑keeping and client communication; the role is hands‑on and requires time on the field.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic contract knowledge
• Basic equipment knowledge and operation of trucks, loaders, and tractors
• Effectively communicate with a team and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Read and order materials from a contract
• Knowledge of commercial maintenance service offerings and plant materials
• Valid driver’s license
