The Community Corrections Program Analyst position performs complex professional work that combines the knowledge of department programs and practices with the systematic application of county and state software systems. The role partners with other analysts to ensure internal and state system data and reporting are compliant with county, state and federal mandates. Position will provide staff training, communication, technical, and professional support as well as expertise in data administration, and evaluations.

Position is focused on system and program support, data integrity, analytics, reporting, and escalation of critical issues to appropriate teams. There is currently one Program Analyst position open.

This is a hybrid position that offers a mix of telework and in-person work at either the Northern Service Center in West St. Paul, MN; the Western Service Center in Apple Valley, MN; or the Judicial Center in Hastings, MN. The location will be determined upon hire. Work is performed Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, human services, public policy, business or public administration, political science, economics, quantitative or statistical analysis, or a closely related field, ORfour years of full-time work experience related to technology implementation, planning, analysis, evaluation, performance measurement, or project management.
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience, as noted above, to total four years.

• Experience with advanced database reporting software, such as Access, SQL, or Crystal Reports.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
• Experience conducting data analysis.
