• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for the data center market.
• Define product vision and strategy for our data center product line.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address data center challenges.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond.
• Own pricing and profitability to ensure strong ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust the product roadmap to stay ahead of the competition.
• Represent Intek Plastics Group in industry associations and forums.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including trade show participation and follow‑up.

• Experience in product management, ideally in industrial products or tech‑focused solutions.
• Strong understanding of data centers or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent required.
• MBA preferred.

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
