We're looking for a Customer Success Representative who's excited to be the voice of our company - someone who thrives on human connection, loves creating positive experiences, and takes pride in helping people bring their ideas to life. As Plastic Printers continues to grow and evolve, you'll be a key part of that forward motion - working alongside a dedicated, positive, high-energy team that's in it together and always moving toward more.

• Serve as the first point of contact - via phone, email, and live chat - for businesses launching custom projects
• Ask smart questions and actively listen to understand each client's goals, timeline, and vision - dive into their world!
• Gather essential project assets like logos, brand colors, and creative details with precision and organization
• Coordinate with our in-house design, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth project flow. From inception, print, client-delivery, and beyond!
• Manage multiple orders and customer interactions at once with clarity and care
• Flag potential concerns early and collaborate with our Customer Satisfaction team for resolution
• Grow your product knowledge and become a consultative partner to clients over time - delighting clients with solutions they didn't know were possible
