A growing commercial general contractor in the Stillwater area is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects up to $20M. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more autonomy, direct access to ownership, and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal team
- Participate in light business development and relationship-building
- Contribute to company growth and future strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
- Successful track record managing small to mid-size projects (to ~$20M)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a smaller company environment
- Interest in business development and long-term career growth
