We’re seeking a Fabrication & Shipping Supervisor to lead our talented team across fabrication, warehousing, shipping, and receiving. In this role, you’ll guide a group of multi‑skilled employees, support daily operations, and play a key part in delivering quality products on time to customers across the country.

- Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and workflow to keep production moving smoothly
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods
- Partner closely with Supply Chain and leadership on daily and long‑term scheduling needs
- Train and develop employees in equipment operation, safety, ERP/Epicor, Lean, and more
- Keep accurate records including ERP transactions, job packets, labels, timekeeping, and attendance
- Maintain and validate SOPs for consistent, high‑quality work
- Ensure compliance with ISO, QMS, company policies, and union agreements
- Participate in continuous improvement activities—Kaizen events, RCCAs, CAPAs, safety initiatives, and ISO audits
- Communicate performance updates, challenges, and solutions to leadership
- Support HR in policies, compliance, investigations, and return‑to‑work programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; warehouse/logistics background preferred
- Experience in plastic extrusion strongly preferred
- Experience working in a union environment is highly valued
- Familiarity with ISO and Lean practices a plus
- Strong problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
