Job Grade: Entry Level

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to help ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality packaging of our cannabis products.

• Package various types of cannabis products
• Label all products accurately with required state/tribal compliance information.
• Inspect packaged products for consistency, accuracy, and defects prior to final approval.
• Operate packaging equipment (such as sealers, heat guns, and shrink wrap machines) as needed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 21 years old per MN Office of Cannabis Management and Tribal regulations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States per standard federal employment eligibility
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Must live within a 50-mile radius
• Must be teamwork oriented, skilled in collaboration, have strong interpersonal communication, initiative, and dependability
• 3+ years of working in a team environment
• Attention to detail

• Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and verbiage

• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Working in a cultivation environment, which can include no natural light and varying temperatures
• Manual dexterity to operate small hand tools, apply stickers, and handle delicate products for an extended period of time
• Required to wear PPE

• Flexible Scheduling: minimum of 2 days a week
• Hours of Operation: M-F 9‑5pm
• On-site in Hastings, MN
