Job Grade: Entry Level
Job SummaryWe’re seeking a detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to help ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality packaging of our cannabis products.
Key Responsibilities- Package various types of cannabis products
- Label all products accurately with required state/tribal compliance information.
- Inspect packaged products for consistency, accuracy, and defects prior to final approval.
- Operate packaging equipment (such as sealers, heat guns, and shrink wrap machines) as needed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 21 years old per MN Office of Cannabis Management and Tribal regulations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States per standard federal employment eligibility
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from the worksite
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Must live within a 50-mile radius
- Must be teamwork oriented, skilled in collaboration, have strong interpersonal communication, initiative, and dependability
- 3+ years of working in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and verbiage
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Working in a cultivation environment, which can include no natural light and varying temperatures
- Manual dexterity to operate small hand tools, apply stickers, and handle delicate products for an extended period of time
- Required to wear PPE

Schedule & Location- Part‑time,
- Flexible Scheduling: minimum of 2 days a week
- Hours of Operation: M-F 9‑5pm
- On-site in Hastings, MN
