& Compensation

Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr – $93,600.00/yr (DOE). Salary range: $52,000 – $93,600 / year DOE ($25–$45 / hour DOE).

Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high‑quality components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and customer standards.
  • Run production and manage machine performance throughout each job.
  • Perform setups and changeovers efficiently for various part runs.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of machining experience (flexible based on confidence with large machines and high‑value parts).
  • 1+ year of experience working with lathes (mill experience a plus).
  • Hands‑on experience setting up, programming, and preparing machines for production.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and inspection processes.
  • Some CAM programming experience (Feature

    CAM preferred, but any CAM background accepted).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and keeping a clean, organized work area.
