Shift: 11 pm - 7 am

* This position requires you to pass a drug test, a physical, and a background check.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co‑extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.)
  • Start up machines and set parameters to produce high‑quality products
  • Read and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specs
  • Monitor and measure product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systems
  • Perform changeovers, adjust lengths and angles during runs
  • Tear down and clean equipment for the next production cycle
  • Keep track of production data and footage
Requirements
  • Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes initiative
  • Mechanically inclined and curious about how things work
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Great at organizing tasks and managing priorities
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Has a reliable attendance and work history
