Fulfillment Specialists are the backbone of our production and shipping team at Plastic Printers. Our fulfillment team ensures all customers’ products are quality‑checked, contain the right items and quantities, and are packaged properly for successful shipment – ensuring the customer receives their products on time. We are looking for a collaborative team member who embraces the challenge of a high volume of orders in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Major Responsibilities- Actively fulfill orders including picking items, packing them, counting, label creation, package creation, sealing, shrink wrapping.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail by consistently inspecting jobs to ensure design, color, cut, and quantity meet expectations; verify that picked merchandise has no flaws or damage and that packaging represents our quality standards prior to shipment.
- Receive orders in a fast‑paced environment; strive for perfection ensuring all products in an order are fulfilled accurately and shipped within tight deadlines.
- Provide team‑oriented support; able to cross‑train and back‑up other facets such as shipping the order to customers when needed.
- Update the job ticket system and inventory tracking system with accurate work order information.
- Assist with transporting packaged orders to outgoing delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in assigned areas.
- Reliably work on site at our MN location.
- Can stand on one's feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Previous experience that is useful, but not required: forklift certification, press operation, shipping experience, shrink wrapper operation.
