, a Cassia community, you’ll provide high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Position Type: Part‑Time, benefits eligible position.

• Every other weekend
• Days: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Wage: $27.89 – $36.26 per hour (based on experience).

Bonus: $5,000.

Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033.

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
