DaVita is hiring Registered Nurses to provide life‑changing care in the greater Hastings area. You will deliver empathetic, compassionate support to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a setting that values being treated the way you would like your own care to be.

Schedule:

3‑4 days per week, 10‑12 hours per day (including alternate Saturdays; Sundays closed). Clinics open as early as 5:00 AM and close by 8:00 PM. Availability to open and close is required.

Float incentives are offered. Compensation increases with additional training and responsibilities.

• Supervise and perform direct patient care (vital signs monitoring, dialysis initiation/termination, documentation, physical assessment, physician order transcription, laboratory work documentation).
• Provide dialysis therapy (dialysis plan formulation, ultrafiltration rate monitoring, safety measure verification, medication administration, dialysis discontinuation, activity documentation).
• Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data, and communicate concerns to the physician and supervisory staff.
• Assess patient and family learning readiness, provide education on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and medical regimen, and participate in short‑ and long‑term care plan development and monthly progress notes.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN, or accredited diploma program may substitute.
• Nursing license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
