Position Type

Full‑Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $10,000 bonus.

Shift
:
Nights (NOC) 10:30 pm – 7:00 am

Position Type

Part‑Time, benefits eligible position, includes a $5,000 bonus.

Shifts
:
Every other weekend

Days
: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Wage
: $27.89 – $36.26 per hour (based on experience)

Location
: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Recognize and manage common geriatric conditions
• Supervise TMAs and Nursing Aides
• Maintain respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments per physician orders
• Manage medication and supply inventory according to policy
• Document care using electronic charting systems
• Communicate significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults
