Assistant Manager

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager helps ensure that each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean and inviting environment.

• Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure quality service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team; coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a positive, fun, family-friendly environment in the restaurant.

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing & access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, customer service, and results-oriented skills.
