• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests by adopting a customer‑first attitude and connecting with guests.
• Provide consistent quality beverage and food products by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards.
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and team member.
• Manage cash drawer and follow all cash‑handling policies and procedures.
• Assist with new‑hire training by coaching and developing team members.
• Support marketing promotions and ensure every product delivered meets Dunn Brothers standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects.
• Drive results by upselling each customer and achieving store goals.

• Available to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform many different tasks during each shift.
• Engage with customers, make a connection, and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Resilient under pressure and able to work as part of a team.
