Barista - Hastings, MN

We're hiring baristas for our Dunn Brothers Coffee - Hastings location. We are hiring for morning shifts 5:30am-11:30am and 11:30am-5:00pm with weekend availability. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Team Member provides customers with prompt service, makes high-quality beverages and products, and maintains a clean, comfortable store environment. Models and upholds Dunn Brothers policies, practices, and standards. Reports to Store Manager.

• Delivers excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude and connects with the customer.
• Provides consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to Dunn Brothers recipes and standards.
• Creates a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and employee.
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assists with new hire training by coaching and developing team members.

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Engage with customers, make connections, and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Remain resilient under pressure.

• Understand and carry out upcoming marketing promotions.
• Ensure each product delivered to the guest meets Dunn Brothers standards.
• Maintain product levels and stock as needed.

• Ensure checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects are completed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Drive for results with ongoing promotions, achieve store goals, and upsell each customer.
