We are seeking a motivated individual with general maintenance knowledge to join our team at one of our apartment complexes.
Responsibilities include:
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Boiler maintenance
- Apartment turnovers such as minor drywall repairs, painting, counter top installation, and tile work
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with flexible hours and a desire to grow within the company. There is potential for onsite housing at a discounted rate. Compensation is based on experience.
