• Deliver inpatient and outpatient oncology care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer program
• Lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and management for solid?tumor and hematologic malignancies
• Participate in tumor boards, care coordination, and quality?improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with radiation oncology, surgery, pathology, and supportive?care teams
• Support evidence?based pathways, clinical trials, and program development
• Share call within a well?supported oncology team at a community?focused health system
• Use EPIC electronic medical records

• Board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
• Nebraska medical license (or eligibility)

Like most first-time parents, Enya Young of Deshler was a little nervous about delivering her baby. One of her concerns was whether having a baby at Mary Lanning Healthcare, rather than a smaller hospital, would mean an impersonal experience. What the Superior native learned was that the MLH Family Care Center strives to make their patients feel special. “Everyone there really gave it a small-town feel,” Enya said.
