Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Essential Functions Leads and oversees the Office of Admission by providing strategic direction, supervision, and professional development for staff while also supporting prospective students and high school partners through the admission process. This includes managing all aspects of staff recruitment, training, and performance, as well as engaging in high school visits, college fairs, campus events, and direct communication with students, families, and school personnel to ensure a welcoming and supportive admissions experience.

Essential Functions Effectively utilizes college resources in accomplishing enrollment objectives by planning and developing the departmental budget in coordination with the Associate Dean of Student Success and Enrollment Management. Essential Functions Provides leadership in creating, developing, and coordinating admission materials and communication plans to advance admission strategies designed to meet the college’s recruitment, outreach, and enrollment goals. Essential Functions Develops and maintains student-centered enrollment experiences for prospective and new students.

This includes but is not limited to registration days, visit days, and individual and group tours. Essential Functions Works collaboratively with academic programs, faculty, enrollment management/student services, and the college community to promote and facilitate purposeful and engaging interactions with prospective students.
