Overview

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - In-Person Role at BK Behavior Ventures. We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

• Conduct assessments and create behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers and RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Growth mindset and cultural responsiveness

• Competitive Pay: $55–$105/hr
• Start Part-Time:
  Transition to full-time after 90 days
