• Review and verify medication orders for long‑term care facility residents to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Conduct comprehensive drug regimen reviews and identify potential medication‑related issues.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse effects.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing long‑term care pharmacy operations.
• Provide consultant pharmacist services and recommendations to facility staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings and provide clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Educate healthcare staff on proper medication administration and storage procedures.
• Respond to medication‑related inquiries and provide drug information support.
• Oversee medication storage, handling, and disposal protocols within the facility.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Area:
  Must be able to work near Hastings, NE.
• Licensure:
  Open, active, and in‑good standing NE State Pharmacist License.
• Education:
  
  Pharm. D.
• Experience:
  
  0‑1 year of previous pharmacist experience. New grads ok.
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time.
• Pay: $150,000‑155,000 DOE (Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available).
• Background/Drug Requirements:
  Ability to successfully complete a background check, health and drug screen.
