Responsibilities and Qualifications- Ensure food is prepared safely and that all food safety regulations are followed.
- Manage the department's budget, controlling costs, and ordering supplies.
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff; scheduling employees; and coordinating all daily activities.
- Associate's degree in hospitality management, business administration, culinary arts, food and nutrition, or a related field highly preferred.
- Serv Safe certification.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license required.
