Commercial Lines Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing Minnesota insurance agency. This role focuses on servicing commercial clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring policies are handled with care and accuracy.

• Manage and service a book of Commercial Lines accounts.
• Assist clients with renewals, policy changes, certificates, and coverage questions.
• Work closely with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Support the renewal and marketing process, including gathering information and reviewing quotes.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and support account growth.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date account documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product changes.

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Active MN Property & Casualty license.
• Familiarity with agency management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused approach.
