We are seeking an experienced Grain Superintendent to help oversee daily operations at a busy grain handling facility. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable facility performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping.
- Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement.
- Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams.
- 2+ years of grain operations experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and conditioning processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000+, depending on experience.
