Overview

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our property at Heritage Manor, Lee Townhomes, & Lincoln Heights in Hastings, NE. Base pay range is $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr the actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Lead with resident customer service and assist in managing property operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications.

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal smart phone technology required

• Proven 2+ years of sales/marketing experience

$19 - $21 per hour. Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
