• Strong person‑to‑person communication skills.
• Customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office, Apple, and/or Android knowledge.
• Bilingual is a plus; fluency in Spanish, Lao, Thai, Amharic, Tigrinya, or Vietnamese is desirable.

• Motivated to learn and driven to be successful and grow skills.
• Reliable, punctual with a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
