Philips House, Ponswood Industrial Estate, Drury Lane, St Leonards on Sea TN38 9BA - Centre opening hours (Week 1): 07:30‑16:15 Monday, Tuesday; 07:30‑12:15 Wednesday. (Week 2): 07:30‑16:15 Monday, Tuesday; 10:30‑19:15 Wednesday; 07:30‑12:15 Saturday.
- Must be available to cover centre opening hours on a rota system
- Coverage of other centres for holidays and sickness may be offered
- Hours may be allocated according to business needs
- Candidate must be highly confident and skilled with computers, with strong computer literacy

- Free parking on site in St Leonard’s on Sea
As a Test Centre Administrator you will play a key role in supporting diverse test‑taking candidates, ensuring secure exam delivery and providing exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
Your Responsibilities- Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates
- Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules
- Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test
- Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as IT, to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary
- Friendly and professional team‑player with school qualifications in English and Maths
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- Excellent attention to detail, able to monitor for restricted behaviour and notice details from a distance
- Capable of sitting for long periods and escorting candidates to and from exam/testing rooms
