Up to £45,000 per annum, plus bonus.

As part of the UK’s largest accident repair group, this role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing damage, preparing estimates, liaising with insurers, and providing excellent customer service.

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of damage, repair costs, and estimated repair times.
• Identify correct repair methods in line with manufacturer and insurer standards.
• Prepare, record, and maintain accurate electronic and manual repair estimates.
• Liaise with insurance companies to obtain repair authorisation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain repair methods and progress.
• Assess a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring repairs meet industry standards.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer repair methods, technical bulletins, and insurer requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues across the bodyshop and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, helping return vehicles safely and promptly.

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
• A full UK driving licence.
