Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer Hastings | Permanent | Full-Time £33,500 - £36,500 Basic Salary + circa £4,000 Bonus | Monday-Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays Company client are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established and highly respected main dealer group based in Hastings.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work to manufacturer standards, ensuring all vehicles are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work across a range of vehicles
• Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Completing mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and company standards
• Maintaining excellent levels of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively within a busy workshop team

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician who has:

• Previous experience within a dealership, independent garage, or similar automotive environment
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• The ability to work to high standards while meeting deadlines
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

• Basic salary: £33,500 - £36,500 depending on experience
• Bonus opportunity: circa £4,000 per year
• Monday to Friday working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm
